The hotel offered excellent service and the rooms were spacious and clean. the location was convenient for exploring the city's attractions by foot and the restaurant had delicious food. the hotel also went above and beyond by providing assistance when our car battery died.
The surrounding area was dirty and had a strong smell from the gutters. some of the bathroom fixtures were not in good condition and the room could have been cleaner.

We spent our Christmas holiday at this hotel. The room service was a standout feature and the staff were friendly throughout our stay. The location of the hotel was convenient, within walking distance of local restaurants and shops. The hotel also provided a complimentary shuttle bus to nearby attractions, which was a nice touch.
The bedding had a musty smell and appeared unchanged from previous guests. The bathroom facilities were also subpar, with poor water pressure and dirty tiles.

This hotel is conveniently located close to popular city attractions and nearby markets. the rooms are spacious, bright and comfortable. the staff is friendly and co-operative, and the service is excellent.
The fresh linen could be improved.
